How to honor the fear and the flow + turn it into empowered action

Fear is a powerful force that lives in our bodies, just as flow is.

I talk about this inside of Managing the Mind — where we tap into the EMOTIONAL SPECTRUM that your body lives on.

It is an honor to live and experience this life. AND we get to choose the spectrum we’re living on.

One end of the spectrum is not better than the other. Actually, both ends of the spectrum — both extremes — are necessary for the spectrum itself to even exist.

I was playing with the spectrum of fear and flow and I realized… my fear was afraid of my flow. Because my flow felt so unphased by the fear (defined root in human design, iykyk).

Then, I had the brilliant idea — why don’t we both just learn to honor each other?

My flow felt empowered by the fear because it knew what a powerful indicator fear is… How much power fear holds and it was able to channel that into action — into flow.

My flow didn’t feel threatened by my fear, but my fear felt threatened by my flow.

So I opened up the conversation: What if we just both honor each other?

What if my fear could honor the flow? Could honor the way my energy works?

What if I could create a sense of stability in both states and unite the two forces to create an even more powerful flow?

What if the flow could invite in the fear? What if the fear could invite in the flow?

You see, it’s not about not making yourself feel something. It’s about allowing all aspects of the spectrum to exist and deliberately deciding how you are tapping into those aspects.

It’s about holding space for the sensations without needing to get rid of them… By allowing them to exist, you empower them to move through you.

That movement is where the action begins to form.

That movement is where empowerment steps in.

That movement is how acceptance is birthed.

From there, actions can take up more space. More momentum is channeled in the actions. Fear no longer becomes a disruptor, but an invitation. Flow no longer means isolation or focus to the point of avoidance (for me), it becomes a means for connection, for expansion.

The emotions and sensations you feel in your body are powerful indicators. The narratives we give to them are what determines how we use them. When we refrain from giving a narrative altogether and allow these emotions to speak to us, we open up a portal for movement… for FLOW that honors the FEAR. For FEAR that honors the FLOW.

Fear is actually a great indicator of success. Resistance is created when we shame the fear into getting smaller…

What are you current emotions saying about your deeper desires?

Meeting ourselves with acceptance creates a bridge rather than a wall.

Which is why I’m hosting a FREE fascilliation to guide you in embodying CELEBRATION AND APPRECIATION for where you presently are so we can utilize that momentum and energy to blast us into MOVEMENT that is fueled by the momentum of all parts of you.

Details are in the community Facebook group. 1/22 at 2 pm EST! Can’t wait to see you there and guide this journey of a lifetime.  ♥️
