Things to do when you don’t feel like you.



sometimes, i get into a funk where i feel so unaligned with who i really am ~

that’s when i know its time to embrace myself with some self care

these are some of my favorite ways to do so :)


~ take a bath/shower

~ go for a walk outside

~ sit under or nearby a tree

~ frolic

~ swing your hips all the ways

~ make osmething warm to drink (my faves: cacao, lemon/lime water with shilajit, tea, mud wtr, coffee)

~ read a book

~ watch a feel-good movie or something inspirational

~ do a face mask

~ stretch/yoga

~ sing a song from the heart

~ om/vocal openers

~ breathwork

~ make a warm, organic meal

~ eat some fruit

~ talk to yourself in the mirror

~ talk to your body, rub on it, love it

~ give yourself a massage anywhere that feels tense

~ write a letter to yourself

~ talk to an animal

~ drink some water (kangen preferably ;)

~ go for a drive

~ sit outside

~ go to running water (creek, stream, waterfall, etc.)

~ take a nap

~ listen to abraham hicks

~ dance to some music

~ sit in silence, feel it out, meditate

~ play with words

~ light a candle

~ sage yourself

~ light palo santo or incense

~ massage your face/body with some oils

~ clean something

~ go for a bike ride

~ listen to classical music

~ hold/play with crystals

~ think about someone you love

~ think about a time that made you really happy

~ rewrite stories in your head

~ find your happy place

~ paint a picture

~ write a poem

~ watch gaia

~ sew something

~ skip

~ go get a coffee somewhere

~ play your favorite song

~ write/say aloud words of affirmation

~ journal
