walls.
no one cares enough to break down the walls
no one sees interest in the other side of the barriers
the subject too vast to conquer, the space too much to observe
no time to explore the unknown, only concur
the walls too high to see over; the door almost inert
the sun still shines in this secluded valley
but no eyes are here to see it; no skin to feel it
the wind still whistles a soothing tune
but no one is near to hear it
it may seem as if there is nothing of interest
but since no one lives here; its contents remain intact
no human destruction has occurred
no human has ever been inside
it is the serenity and peace that most of them fear
because with man comes destruction + thirst for wealth
but here, every man is equal + focus is on the self
if you climb up the wall, or break down the door
you will be welcomed with open arms + more
all of your labels will float away
all of your flaws will become beauty
here, there is no such thing as cruelty
you are pure + so is this place
there is no need to run, for this isnβt a race
so, care enough to diminish the walls
take initiative + make them fall
explore the unknown + swim in its oceans
take a plunge of clarity
and you will know why they once existed
