Our pineal gland is the third eye chakra,

also known as the eye of Horus, it symbolizes the rising and integration of both masculine and feminine consciousnesses through perception. Our perception is the equivalent to our sight energetically. When we perceive things in a certain way, we create that reality for ourselves.

Through conscious effort,

we can create a life where we experience all that we want to see. To do this, though, we have to neutralize the resistance we have towards seeing that as our reality in the first place. A lot of the time, we have beliefs and understandings that aren’t our own, but that have been in our field since birth and because of this, we take on these as our own. However, when we go to start our lives, we then face many blocks as a result of not knowing the energetic origins of these beliefs and values. These create clouds around the pineal gland.

Our brains are basically like computers, so they take on programming subconsciously, especially when we are children. To disintegrate these unhealthy or unwanted patterns, we must replace them with other patterns that serve our highest good. Sometimes it can be hard to identify habits or patterns or even beliefs that are hindering our ability to create the life that we desire. It’s interesting the way the world inherently tries to calcify our pineal glands from birth. While there is no room to place blame, it is evident that there are many environmental factors as well as civilized perceptions that contribute to the calcification of our pineal gland. Even something as simple as always wearing sunglasses can contribute to calcification. Our pineal gland is activated by light and darkness. Both are equally important to keep its health intact. So when we avoid the sun or if we sleep with lights on, we are actually adding to the artificial stimulation that our brain experiences. Changing these simple habits can revolutionize our world and create room for us to alter our perspectives towards that what we do want. 

Food is also one major factor

that contributes to the health of our brain and bodies in general. Eating processed foods can create a dynamic of manipulation due to the chemical composition of the food and the way that it manipulates our DNA into “needing” more. Most food on the market these days is actually playing a role in calcifying our pineal gland, as it contributes to the alteration of our organic cells by creating inorganic cells that mimic that of the organic cells. When we eat more organic and natural foods (like fruits and veggies), we allow our bodies to operate at a higher frequency due to DNA’s ability to naturally coincide with that of those foods. These foods actually aid the decalcification of our pineal gland because they contain living water. Living water, as opposed to bulk or stagnant water, is water that contains antioxidants and amino acids that allow our brain to better filter through our reality. Basically, the living water present within these foods allows us to be more malleable in our perspectives and this creates more flexibility for us to create that which we desire. 

Kangen water is water that goes through the process of electrolysis, which means that it is charged through electricity with energy, much like a pool of water would be charged by lightening. As tap water is converted into Kangen water through Enagic’s K8, it goes through this process and creates water that it rich in antioxidants due to the way the water is charged. In short - the water is split into hydrogen and oxygen molecules and when the molecules come back together, they are micro-clustered and better able to penetrate cell walls due to the addition of extra hydrogen molecules which are a byproduct of the electrolysis process. Our pineal gland is also stimulated by sound, so what we are listening to plays a large role into what we are creating in our reality - this goes for TV noise as well! TV and microwave frequencies actually exude radiation as a byproduct of the way they use electricity and that is why they are said to be harmful for our brain. If you have the opportunity, use the oven or a toaster oven instead! When we are unaware, our consciousness will utilize the shows we watch, the music we listen to and our environment to create for us. We are always creating no matter what we are doing. Our attention gives the intention of creation to the universe, so when we are giving our attention to something that isn’t serving us or maybe is neutral but isn’t really doing anything great for us, we are creating more of that by default. However, it is possible to listen to music (even trap music) and watch TV without creating by default. It is when the pineal gland is decalcified that we can alter our perspective to see those same tasks differently. When we do this, we can completely shift the way we are living our lives and even the most menial tasks become spiritual in nature. 


Deep breathing stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system,

which activates rest and helps promote digestion. A lot of health problems in the world are actually caused due to our bodies lack of ability to rid itself of toxins (usually because we continue eating and indulging in them). It’s insane that most, if not all, health problems can be related back to the pineal gland and perception. Deep breathing brings us back into equilibrium with source consciousness and thus, activates a higher perception that we are able to tap into. Mushrooms have a similar affect because of their ability to stimulate new neuron-pathways in the brain. When we activate the parasympathetic nervous system, we activate source consciousness within us and this up levels our perception on all accounts. That is why meditating every day can contribute to a lifestyle shift and overall change in behavior without any conscious effort. As a civilization, most of us are in a constant state of stress, which activates the sympathetic nervous system. The sympathetic nervous system is responsible for activating the “flight” or “fight” response. Because of this, many humans are acting out of the perception of fear rather than from a state of ultimate knowing, which is source consciousness. When we allow ourselves to be swayed by the thoughts and opinions of others, we create inner turmoil for ourselves, which causes us to want to “fight or flight.” This is the basis for the conflict across the entire globe.

When we give our power back to ourselves through mediation, participating in what feels good for us and refraining from commenting on the things that don’t make us happy, we open up our perception to see more of what we want to see. This is our power.

Crystal mediation and sound healing, as well as the stimulation of olfactory senses is also a result of activating the parasympathetic nervous system. These activities promote rest for the brain as they do not stimulate, but activate with purpose. Stimulation is something that we, as a society, have become so accustomed to. We “need” the next thing, we “need” sex, we “need” that fried food…. But if we take a step back and look at those actions more consciously, we can see that those responses are only a result of trauma and the inability to choose what we really want - which is to feel good. It’s okay to eat shitty food. The intention is what is most important and it should be at the forefront of everything that we do as living beings. When we have the intention of love, we could literally do anything and it would work out in our favor. 


Life is meant to be lived.

Life is meant to be enjoyed.

So why spend it being miserable and spending your energetic currency on things that don’t even really feed your soul but your ego? Let’s step away from the narrative that we have to please societies’ standards. We don’t. Let’s be the change. Let’s show the world what we’re made of. We are worthy of living like royalty, all of us. Living on earth is what makes us royalty. It’s just about what perspective you choose to tune into and make real for you.
